Disneyland

It's the Happiest place on earth!

I love Disneyland! It really does have a magical energy about it.  And it was even that much better with my own child. We had a great trip, even better than I expected. I told Dave if we could, that really would be a once a year trip for me.
Parx was a rock star, he traveled great, and loved the plane. I don't know how he couldn't he got to watch cartoons drink pop and eat chips.  He did good with little or no sleep (we were all running on fumes on the last day getting testy but held it together). He had fun at the park rode all the rides even the scary ones, and loved meeting the characters. He loved the beach and running in and out of the water, swimming in the hotel pool, and spending time with his cousins.
We did 2 days and the Halloween party at Disney, which was plenty. The Park was decorated for Halloween which was fun but I think once you have been at that time of year you don't need to go back. It was one of the busiest I have seen Disney which still wasn't bad but I guess we have just been spoiled.

I also think every time you go you learn more and more so for the future...
Stay close to the park, cut out driving in Cal traffic
IF you go around Halloween go to Mickeys party and cut out a day
Take a poncho
Get "tickets/fastpass" for the light show in Cal Adventures

Baby Boy #2

Yes we found out Parx will be getting a little brother. I should have known, just because I thought it was a girl should have told me it was a boy just like Parx.
There were also a few things that have been different so that tricked me too. I was sick and nauseated but never threw up. My skin has been extra dry. EVERYONE said girl, Parx is still saying girl. But we are thrilled to be having another little man. I may feel a little different in a few years when they start doing gross boy stuff.

*funny side story. Please don't judge us.
When we went into the ultrasound to find out what the baby was we kept telling Parx to look at the TV and the baby. After a few times he final responded, yeah black baby. ha we all kind of laughed but were a little taken back.
But honestly to a 2 year old that's just what he saw a black screen with a small picture in black and white.

20 Weeks.
I know you show sooner with each kid,
but come on! This popped out a couple weeks
ago and has only grown since:)

Night night

Lately when I put Parx to bed and say I love you he says it back. We do that about 10 times before I shut the door and even after I do, he yells in his deep voice I love you mom! So we do that a couple more times. It's easily becoming my favorite part of the day.
