Showers, Showers, and More Showers

While talking to my father in law the other day he told me it was good to have a shower once a week so that just what I have been doing. ( I know he didnt mean these kind of showers but he thought he was funny either way) So to kick it off Lora had her shower(who is due just 10 days after me with a little girl), then Anna (which she did it backwards and had her baby BEFORE the shower) and then next couple of weeks I had some with friends, at work and then some family. Thank you everyone who came and put them on, they were Wonderful I really appreciate it. Love you guys!!

Baby bumb photo shoot.

This kid isn't even here yet and he is already taken over this blog. Hows it going to be when he comes and I cant help myself. I can already tell Ill be one of those moms that make me want to puke cause they are so gaga over their kid. So I apologize ahead of time. Im sorry if your tired of it I wont be offended if you don't look at these since they are more for me and to have for years down the road than anything else.
No one loves having their picture taken when they are 9months pregnant but I have been told I will want a few for his baby book and to compare later, so my sisters and I snapped of few. It was fun and Im sure funny to watch. I sure felt dumb doing them but glad we did.

We got an extra ultrasound today of the little man because the Dr said I was measuring a little small. But dont worry we found out there is more baby in there then it looks (pro and con) he is just riding low.
He is measuring right on for his due date weighing in at 6.5 to 6.12 lbs Im 2cm and 50%. He really is going to be here before we know it. If he is like his father he will be RIGHT on time or even a little early(Im not getting my hopes up) but if he is like his mother he will be just a wee late! Either way he is for sure on his way and we cant WAIT to meet him and see what he really looks like and love on those little cheeks.

All work and No play

That is not always the case at my job. Working in a Dr office you see/meet a lot of different people, some times it is fun and other times its a joke!
But working with these girls/guy makes it a lot easier and somedays even fun. I might even say I will miss seeing them everyday after the little man.

Count down to D-day and V-day!

35 weeks!!

We are to the final count down. I know 5 weeks is nothing compared to how long your pregnant but I'll tell you the last few weeks have felt like months! I feel like I have hit the wall so to speak, I'm ready to be done. Don't get me wrong I know he need the last few weeks and that's fine, but when he does come well be ready (or at least as much as we can be) Maybe it has something to do with Dave saying how excited he is to have his little buddy here to watch tv with every night or the fact that he thinks my bladder it a kicking bag or a squeeze toy?!?! Everyone(my mom, ash, and michelle)keeps telling me to not get my hopes up and not plan on him coming early and I'm NOT, I'm just saying when he wants to come it's fine by me.

On another note for Valentines we kept it pretty low key this year because it was my turn and I dont feel like doing much right now. But we wanted to celebrate our love since I am married to an Awesome guy:)So we went to lunch at Quiznos (daves pick) and the show. We did give each other some small gifts and just enjoyed the time together, because we know we don't have much of that left.

And this year was no different. We went to Sid and Michelle's had a crazy good time with awesome food, games, good company, and entertainment. Thanks guys for a good time, lets do it again next year.
