Happy Birthday to him

26 wonderful years ago baby DAVID KENETTH WEBB was brought into this world and how grateful am I that he was!! He is such an awesome guy and Im so blessed to have him in my life. I love him more than anything in this world. On Friday we drove down to SlC and the boys went to the jazz game while the girls hung out and played games. And then today we celebrated him. He asked that I didnt have a party for him so instead in honor I got up and ran 20 miles for him:) then came home and baked and cooked all day which is a huge deal. I dont spend much time in the kitchen lately. Then some of our family came over for a bbq, cake, presents, and games. Not much but just enough. Happy Birthday Dave I Love you!!

Spring Time Sleep overs.

A few weeks ago Dave and I were feeling Really brave and thought we would be nice so we had our neice and nephews over for a sleep over... It wasnt that bad after they went to sleep haha. But before that they kept us pretty busy with a game of football, basketball, snake, movies and popcorn. If anything we had some good practice for parenting or a good dose of birthcontrol.

Then just a few days ago we had some family over to play and take advantage of the warm weather. It was really fun we played a little softball, kickball, and even had a fire and rosted us some mallows! Oh man I cant wait for more nights like this. I LOVE warm weather so why do I live in Cache Valley?

Why April 6th Rocks!

April 6th is such a great day. So many good things happened on this day...

-The church was restored
-Jesus real Birthday
-The priesthood restored
-Russell M. Nelson married his wife
-And only the best thing ever... I married my bestfriend!!!

Thats right Dave and I just celebrated our 3rd anniversary. We have been so blessed this last few years and hope it will only get better! I know everyone says they married the "Best guy in the world" but I really did marry the BEST guy in the world for me. He is my better half, my bestfriend, my everything and I love him to death!!

A few things we remember from that day:
-I had a cold and had lost my voice
-The weather was great (unlike this year with snow)
-The flowers were out and the temple grounds looked beautiful
-I wasnt nervous until Dave came to pick me up that morning
-The feeling I had that day was like nothing else Ive ever had
-Looking in the double mirror and seeing us go on forever and ever was Awesome
-We stopped at burger king on our way the the anniversary inn for dinner
-Being woke up at 2 in the morning by a coyote call, wild bore sounds, and I dont even know what other sounds were on that (thanks Dad)
-Riding away from the temple on the scooter
-Lunch at the Coppermill

Advice we were given:
-If you let anyone in your marriage let it be Jesus Christ. Not family, friends, Kids etc. you two should come first before anybody or anything
-Wife is always a step above because she gives herself to her husband
-Be slow to blame and quick to accept
-The symbol of the wedding ring.. I belong! You have someone in this world you belong to and with
-The mountains sing and the trees clap in joy
-Always treat your wife as a precious daughter of God, she is a blessing and a divine daughter of God

Now lets take a look back at how this all got started and how we ended up together:
July 28th 2006 the first time we met.
Late August first kiss @ Lake Mohavie
Mid November we said I LOVE YOU
Late November we decided we just couldn't live without each other
Thanksgiving Dave asked my dad if it was cool we get hitched
Dec 6th he asked me if it was cool if we get hitched
Jan-March spent a lot of time together and planned the wedding
Feb found our first apartment
April 6th The big day
To celebrate this year we went back to a few places that we spent a lot of time at and has meaning to us.

Easter

This year for Easter my family came in to town to spend some time together which is always fun. We went shopping, went to dinner, dyed eggs, had an Easter egg hunt and just hung out. I always like the holidays and the feeling it brings and this one is no different. I'm so grateful for the gospel, the savior and his life and love celebrating it! Happy Easter!!

Aprils Fools

When are these people going to learn? I mean really you think my family would know me by now to expect that when this day comes around they shouldn't listen to a thing I say. But anyway this year I got my mom. We (I) told her we were pregnant & due in Oct. At first her tears were tears of joy and then they turned to anger!
After she said "you know when that really is true no one is going to believe you" Karma! oh well that is kinda something that time will tell.
